A: Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order number and an automated email confirmation to the email address provided on your order.

A: Orders are custom and can be expected approximately 4-6 weeks from the order date.


Q: What happens to my order if my credit card is declined?

A: When you place your order online, the system will not allow you to complete the order if the credit card is invalid or is declined.

Q: What if my product is damaged or has a flaw?

A: Please inspect all packages when they arrive. If any items arrive damaged, save all packaging and damaged goods for inspection. Immediately call Customer Service 641.628.8442 to report any damage. All damage claims must be made within 7 business days from receipt of goods.
