ON DEMAND The goods sold on this website are "On Demand" and, by definition, create custom non-stocking orders. This means that orders placed are final at the time of order and are not eligible for Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Any On Demand item ordered that becomes Out of Stock by the vendor will be removed from your order. Customer Service Department will let you know about the Out of Stock item.

PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept MasterCard, Visa, & Discover credit cards. All sales are final and include standard UPS shipping charges (See Shipping).

SALES TAX Any purchases in Iowa will be charged applicable sales tax. If the product is delivered outside of Iowa, it will be the responsibility of the recipient to pay any applicable use taxes, if necessary.

ADDING TO/CHANGING YOUR ORDER When reviewing your Shopping Cart, you may continue Shopping and add to your order. If you clicked Submit Order and receive "Thank you for your order," you must submit another order to purchase additional items.

SHIPPING Items ordered on this site are shipped via standard shipping. We are in no way responsible for delays of your order resulting from the carrier's negligence, strikes, weather conditions, power failures, or acts of God. Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for timely deliveries.

DAMAGED OR FLAWED GOODS Please inspect all packages when they arrive. If any items arrive damaged, save all packaging and damaged goods for inspection. Immediately call Customer Service 877.494.6433 to report any damage. All damage claims must be made within 7 business days from receipt of goods.

RIGHT TO PROMOTION Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of your order placed, we reserve the right to use any item produced by us for display promotion.
